Does the 30-Night Sleep Trial Include Free Returns?
Yes, and it’s valid on sleep systems. We’re confident you’ll love your sleep system, but if you aren’t satisfied within the first 30 nights of delivery, we offer a full refund of your purchase price. Simply contact our Customer Service team—if we can’t resolve your concerns, we’ll take the product back and reimburse you.

What Are the Shipping Costs and Delivery Times?
Ground shipping is fast and free for all contiguous US orders—and yes, this stacks with our current sales and coupon codes.
- Contiguous US: Free standard shipping (3–7 business days).
- AK, HI, & US Territories: Standard shipping (10–14 business days).
- P.O. Boxes: We do ship to P.O. Boxes within the U.S., though this may result in a slight delivery delay.
We ship from North Carolina via FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery.
Note: While standard shipping is free, any selected expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
How Can I Track or Locate My Order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number to follow its progress. You can also view all tracking numbers and shipping statuses by logging into your account. Please allow 24-48 business hours for the carrier to provide the first scan.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact help@sleep.me with your Order ID, tracking ID, full name, email address, shipping address, courier name, the date it was shipped, and the missing item(s) from your order. Our team will immediately investigate the issue.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States and its territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How Do I Return My Product and What Is the 30-Night Guarantee?
We want you to love your Sleepme products. If you aren’t satisfied within your first 30 nights of delivery, we make returns easy through our Returns Center.
The Process: Once you initiate a return, we will issue a Return Authorization. Your refund will be processed within 30 days of us receiving the product.
Holiday Extension: Purchases made between Nov 4th and Dec 25th benefit from an extended trial through January 25th of the following year.
International & Third-Party Retailers: Customers outside the contiguous U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot process returns for items purchased through third-party retailers.
What You’ll Need: Please have your Order Number and Serial Number ready when contacting us or using the Returns Center.
What Is Your Final Sale Policy?
Items marked as Final Sale are offered at a deep discount and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Quality Guarantee: If a Final Sale item arrives damaged or defective, we will make an exception to repair or replace it.
Sizing: Please double-check your mattress size before purchasing, as these units cannot be swapped.
Taxes: Standard sales tax still applies to the final discounted price.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept and How Will the Charge Appear?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and financing options through Affirm. For your records, purchases made on our site will appear as 'Sleep Solutions Inc.' on your credit card or bank statement.
