• Dedicated Nightstand Remote + Auto-Detection: Chilipad 2.0 includes a dedicated physical remote for your nightstand, allowing for instant adjustments. It also features new Auto-Detection sensors that trigger your personalized sleep schedule the moment you get into bed.
• Premium Performance Cover: Our new cover is a total rethink of the sleep surface. It is a performance-grade, breathable cover that unzips for easy machine washing and features integrated waterproof protection to safeguard your mattress. We’ve also expanded our sizing to include Full and Split King options.
• The Hydrolayer: At the heart of the system is the Hydrolayer. This water-filled membrane circulates temperature-controlled water from the Dock through ultra-thin internal channels, delivering true active cooling that fans and traditional “cooling toppers” simply cannot match.
• Quieter, Higher-Capacity Dock: We’ve optimized the internal pump acoustics and firmware to make the 2.0  quieter than previous generations. The redesigned Dock features a higher-capacity reservoir and an ergonomic lid for faster, less frequent refills.
• USA-Designed & Assembled: In our commitment to quality and reliability, the core electronics for the Chilipad 2.0 are now proudly designed and assembled in the USA.
• Extended Peace of Mind: Still zero monthly subscriptions. Plus, every Chilipad 2.0 is now backed by an upgraded two-year manufacturer’s warranty—double the coverage of the original system.

Because our products are classified as personal bedding, health and safety standards prevent us from accepting or reselling used mattress toppers. While we don’t offer a trade-in program, Chilipad 2.0 is a complete reimagining of our technology. 

Yes. The Chilipad 2.0 is designed to be flexible and moves seamlessly with any adjustable or split-adjustable base without kinking or restricted flow.

We want you to love your Sleepme products. If you aren’t satisfied within your first 30 nights of delivery, we make returns easy through our Returns Center.

The Process: Once you initiate a return, we will issue a Return Authorization. Your refund will be processed within 30 days of us receiving the product. 

Holiday Extension: Purchases made between Nov 4th and Dec 25th benefit from an extended trial through January 25th of the following year.

International & Third-Party Retailers: Customers outside the contiguous U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot process returns for items purchased through third-party retailers.

• Standard App Access: The free Chilipad app allows you to adjust temperatures, set automated sleep schedules, and create custom sleep programs at no additional charge.
• Feature-Rich Experience: Unlike many competitors, we do not "paywall" our hardware. All temperature ranges and manual scheduling tools are available to every user from day one.
• Future: While we may offer premium features or advanced insights in the future, the primary manual functions of your bed cooling system will remain subscription-free.
• No Hardware Lock-In: Your Chilipad is not "cloud-dependent" for its core functions. Because these features are built directly into the hardware, the system will continue to work perfectly even without an internet connection, ensuring we can never "disable" your manual controls based on a subscription status.

Yes, upgrading is easy. If you start with a One Sleeper system designed to cover half of a Full, Queen, King, or California King mattress, you can expand to full-bed coverage at any time by adding a Chilipad 2.0 Companion system for the other side.

With a Chilipad on both sides, each sleeper can enjoy independent control over their temperature, schedules, and settings. Single sleepers can also sync both sides for whole-bed comfort.

This modular design lets you start with one side today and add the other side later. Whether you choose a Dual Zone setup now or build it over time, you’ll enjoy the same powerful cooling performance and personalized comfort across the entire bed.
