  1. Eligibility The Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States only and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sleep Solutions Inc. (the “Sponsor”), Elemind, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

  2. Agreement to Rules By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sleep Solutions Inc. as final and binding as they relate to the Sweepstakes.

  3. Sweepstakes Period Entries will be accepted starting on or about March 8, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ending on March 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Times are Eastern Time (US).

  4. How to Enter To enter, participants must: Follow @chilipad and @elemindtech on Instagram Submit a comment on the designated Instagram giveaway post during the Sweepstakes Period Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, generated by bots, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winner selection will be conducted using Socialman (https://socialman.net/) to randomly select an eligible winner from valid Instagram comment entries.

  5. Prizes One (1) winner will receive: One Chilipad Dock Pro Sleep System (ME or one-sleeper configuration) One Elemind Headband Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is up to $1,898, depending on product configuration. The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  6. Odds The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  7. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor using Socialman. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or email (if applicable) within five (5) days following selection. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or does not respond within five (5) business days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

  8. Rights Granted by You By entering, you grant Sleep Solutions Inc. and its designees the right to use your name, Instagram handle, likeness, image, and entry for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  9. Terms The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

  10. Limitation of Liability By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sleep Solutions Inc., Elemind, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

  11. Disputes This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in courts located in Florida.
