This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is hosted and sponsored by Sleep Solutions Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”), 4667 NW 103rd Ave, Sunrise, FL 33351, United States.

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to:
Legal residents of the United States
Individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
The following are not eligible:
Employees of Sleep Solutions Inc., DTBE LLC dba FlavCity, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies
Immediate family members or household members of such employees
Void where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on June 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST and ends on June 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.
Winner will be announced on or around June 23, 2026.

6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected at random on or around June 23, 2026.
Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @chilipad or @flavcity
Winner requirements:
Must respond within 5 days of notification
Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner
Sponsor is not responsible for failed delivery of notifications due to spam filters, incorrect account info, or other technical issues.
8. Shipping / Delivery
Prize will be shipped to a U.S. address only.
Estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated after winner confirmation.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
9. Publicity Rights
By entering, participants grant Sleep Solutions Inc. and DTBE LLC dba FlavCity the right to use their:
Name
Instagram handle
Submitted content
For promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:
Violates these Official Rules
Uses automated or fraudulent entry methods
Engages in abusive, harmful, or inappropriate conduct
11. Limitation of Liability

Disputes will be resolved:
