Chilipad 2.0 NBCF Pink Remote Ring

There are a variety of ways to help keep your bed cool. You can use one of our cool mattress pad systems; Chilipad 2.0 or Chilipad Cube. The sleep systems come with the thermoregulation mattress pad, which goes onto your current mattress. Which is best for you? Compare our cooling sleep systems.

The fastest results come down to consistency. This includes a cool bedroom, a fixed sleep schedule, a relaxing bedtime routine, no screen time, and a dark room. Deep breathing, stretches, and Yoga Nidra can also help quiet a racing mind.

Metabolism, hormones, body type, and daily activity all affect how warm or cool a person feels at night. These factors are different for everyone, which is why two people in the same bed can feel completely different temperatures. This is a biological difference, not a personal preference, which is why a compromise thermostat setting rarely fully satisfies either person.
