Yes, if you purchased a half-sized system previously, you’ll need to add another half-sized system (“ME”) to your bed. Separate systems will control both sides of the bed.
Can I Use Chilipad Dock Pro on an Adjustable or Split Adjustable Bed?
Yes, Chilipads can be used on Adjustable or Split-Adjustable beds. Chilipad MEs are the only hydropowered bed cooling sleep systems that can accommodate split adjustable beds and allow you and your sleep partner to sleep at any individualized elevation. For split-adjustable beds, buy 2 Chilipad MEs.
Where Is the Best Place to Put the Chilipad Dock Pro?
The Chilipad Dock Pro control unit can be placed anywhere near your bed or on a nightstand. We recommend placing it on a flat surface close to a wall outlet.

Do I Need to Clean the Chilipad Dock Pro System and Mattress Topper?

How is the sleepme's sleep tracker different than others?
Wearable sleep trackers require you to wear it all night, typically on your finger or wrist, and that device must remain on you throughout the entire night to measure your sleep data. Ours is a non-wearable sleep tracker that lays on top of your mattress and underneath your sheets. This means you don’t need to wear it, charge it or have the opportunity to lose it.
The tracker is powered via standard USB that plugs into a nearby wall outlet.
How does your sleep tracker work?
Our sleep tracker utilizes a technology called Ballistocardiography to detect movement, heart rate, and respiration based on the micro-movement data from the tracker's sensors. These metrics are further analyzed to detect numerous sleep data points, such as sleep latency, efficiency, and sleep cycle staging.
Do I pay 2 subscription fees for me and my spouse/partner?
No. The membership comes with 2 seats. Unlike many wearables which charge a membership for each person; 1 membership covers 2 sleepers. Trackers sold separately.
Does the tracker sensor emit any EMFs?
The tracker sensor is very low voltage and puts off very low EMFs. The “Hub” of the Sleep Tracker can be placed on a nightstand or next to the bed. Due to Wi-Fi connectivity, the Hub emits a small amount of EMF.
