Refer a Friend Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Chilipad Refer a Friend Program, powered by Friendbuy. This program is designed to reward our valued customers for referring new customers to our products and services. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement and Relationship to Our Master Terms

These Refer a Friend Program Terms and Conditions (the “Program Terms”) apply to your participation in the Chilipad Refer a Friend Program (the “Program”), which is offered by Sleep Solutions Inc. (“Sleepme,” “Chilipad,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By clicking to agree when you enroll, or by participating in the Program, you agree to these Program Terms.

These Program Terms are in addition to, and incorporate by reference, our Terms and Conditions for Sleep Solutions Inc. Products and Services (the “Master Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If these Program Terms conflict with the Master Terms regarding the Program, these Program Terms control for the Program. The Master Terms control for everything else, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must be an individual at least 18 years old, have a valid email address, and be located where the Program is made available. Businesses, resellers, and affiliate or lead-generation use are not eligible; affiliates should use the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions. You may not assign or transfer your participation in the Program. Chilipad may decline or end anyone’s participation at its discretion.

3. How the Program Works

Your link or code. After you enroll, you receive a unique referral link or code to share with friends and family (“Referred Customers”).
Qualifying referral. A referral qualifies only when a Referred Customer who has never purchased from Chilipad uses your link or code and completes a qualifying purchase on sleep.me. Only orders placed on sleep.me qualify; phone, in-person, marketplace, and retail orders do not, unless the Program Offer says otherwise. Chilipad decides in its sole discretion whether a referral qualifies.
Minimum order. The Program Offer may set a minimum order value for a referral to qualify. Order value is calculated after discounts and returns, and excludes taxes and shipping.
Rewards. You and your Referred Customer receive the rewards described in the Program offer shown to you when you enroll or in your Program dashboard (the “Program Offer”). The Program Offer, including reward amounts, can change at any time, and the version in effect when the Referred Customer places the order applies to that referral.
Timing. Rewards are issued after the Referred Customer’s order has shipped and is no longer eligible to be returned, and are delivered to the email address associated with your Program account.
Final determinations. Our records and Friendbuy’s tracking determine whether a referral qualifies and what rewards are earned. Our determinations are final.

4. Reward Terms

Rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold, bartered, or transferred, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless the Program Offer says otherwise.
Rewards expire as stated in the Program Offer or in your reward message. Gift cards and other rewards issued through the Program may expire. If a reward expires before you use it, we are not responsible for it and will not replace, extend, or refund it, whether or not you received a reminder. Check the expiration date in your reward message.
Rewards may not be combined with other promotions or discount codes unless the Program Offer says they can be.
Rewards do not apply to taxes, shipping, or third-party products or services.
If a qualifying order is returned, refunded, cancelled, or charged back, we may reverse or revoke the related reward, including a reward you have already used.
We may cap the rewards a person can earn.
If the Program ends, unredeemed rewards are forfeited unless we state otherwise.
You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to rewards you receive.

5. Rules for Sharing

You may share your link or code only with people you know, or through your own personal social media channels, in a truthful and lawful way. You may not:

refer yourself, including under a different name, email address, or shipping address, or refer members of your household or anyone using your accounts, payment methods, or devices, or create multiple or fake accounts to earn rewards;
send spam, or send text messages or emails to anyone who has not agreed to receive them, or upload or import contact lists you do not have permission to use;
violate any anti-spam or messaging law, including the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act;
post your link or code on coupon, deal, public posts such as Reddit, or cashback websites or marketplaces, or use paid advertising (including search ads on Chilipad trademarks or brand terms) to promote it;
use bots, scripts, or other automated means to generate referrals;
make false or misleading statements about Chilipad or our products, including any health or medical claims, or claims we have not published ourselves; or
violate any law or any third party’s rights.

6. Disclosure of Your Reward

When you share your link or code publicly, such as in a social media post, video, blog, or review, you must clearly disclose that you receive a reward when someone purchases through it (for example, “I get a reward if you buy through my link”). The disclosure must be easy to see and understand, and placed with the link or code, as required by applicable law, including the Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement rules.

7. Information About Your Friends and Privacy

If you invite someone by providing their contact information, you confirm that you have a reasonable basis to believe they would welcome the invitation, and you authorize us and our Program service provider to send them a message on your behalf. Do not provide anyone’s contact information without their permission.

The Program is operated with the help of Friendbuy, a third-party service provider that processes information such as names, email addresses, referral links, orders, and reward status on our behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information in connection with the Program.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may disqualify referrals, void or reverse rewards, and suspend or terminate your participation, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Program Terms, the Master Terms, or any law, or have engaged in fraud or abuse. We may also require you to repay or forfeit the value of rewards obtained in violation of these Program Terms. You may stop participating at any time by emailing help@sleep.me.

9. Changes to the Program and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or end the Program, including the Program Offer and rewards, at any time. We may also update these Program Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last Updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email or through your Program account. Changes apply going forward and do not affect rewards you have already earned under the Program Offer in effect when the qualifying order was placed, except as stated in Section 4 if the Program ends. Your continued participation after the effective date of a change means you accept it.

10. Third-Party Platforms

The Program depends on third-party technology. We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, or other failures of third-party services, or for referrals or rewards that are lost, delayed, or not recorded because of them.

11. Disclaimers, Liability, and Disputes

The Program and rewards are provided as described in the Master Terms. The disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution provisions of the Master Terms apply to the Program and to these Program Terms.
