Our sleep systems are eligible for the health savings accounts (HSA) and flexible spending accounts (FSA). These include:
How do I complete my purchase with an FSA or HSA?
To use your FSA or HSA, you will need to complete the following steps. First, ask your Doctor to provide you a prescription or a LOMN for one of our sleep systems.
After obtaining this information, you can make the purchase of the system you plan to have reimbursed. Once the purchase is made you can then submit the receipt from the purchase, and the Doctor's note, to your FSA or HSA provider.
Your provider will have you go through their own specific process flow but this should result in the reimbursement of your purchase.
Can I split payment between my FSA and a different card?
Unfortunately, we do not have the option to split payments between cards or payment methods on Shopify.
How do I get a receipt?
We’ll email you an electronic receipt after you complete your purchase. If you need another copy, you can access your receipts through your account.
When is the cut-off for placing an order online with FSA dollars?
If your benefits expire at the end of the year, you have until Friday, December 31 at 11:59 p.m. ET to place an order with us using your FSA dollars. Be sure to double-check with your carrier for details on your plan.
