Why use a Sleep Tracker?
Master your sleep
Track your scores and sleep cycles
Your scores tell you how your body feels and what it needs on a daily basis as well as for the future. Wake to an in-depth analysis on REM, deep and light sleep.
Understand your sleep latency
Typically, it takes between 10-20 minutes to fall asleep at bedtime. Anything longer than that could indicate high stress.
Know your duration of sleep
Curious about how much sleep you actually get each night? Knowing and tracking this metric this can help aid in recognizing future underlying sleep disorders.
Core vitals that matter
Recovery indications with Heart Rate Variability
Your HRV is a direct indication of how much stress your body is under at any given time. Your daily HRV lets you know when to push it or take it easy.
Focus on consistency of your Resting Heart Rate
Your resting heart rate over time can help you identify potential health problems as well as gauge your current heart health.
Breathe easy with respiration monitoring
A person’s respiratory rate is the number of breaths they take per minute. Being in the know of this vital health metric offers insight into a person’s overall health.

Frequently asked questions
How is the sleepme tracker different than others?
Wearable trackers require you to wear it all night, typically on your finger or wrist, and that device must remain on you throughout the entire night to measure your sleep data. Our tracker is a non-wearable tracker that lays on top of your mattress and underneath your sheets. This means you don’t need to wear it, charge it or have the opportunity to lose it.
The tracker is powered via standard USB that plugs into a nearby wall outlet.
How does your sleep tracker work?
Our sleep tracker utilizes a technology called Ballistocardiography to detect movement, heart rate, and respiration based on the micro-movement data from the tracker's sensors. These metrics are further analyzed to detect numerous sleep data points, such as sleep latency, efficiency, and sleep cycle staging.
Is my mattress compatible?
Our Sleep Tracker can be used with all brands of mattresses including adjustable ones. Our Sleep Tracker works with all mattress materials, except for water beds.
Do I pay 2 subscription fees for me and my spouse/partner?
No. The Sleepme+ membership comes with 2 seats. Unlike many wearables which charge a membership for each person; 1 Sleepme+ membership covers 2 sleepers. Trackers sold separately.
Can a sleep tracker help improve my sleep?
While a sleep tracker isn’t capable of giving you better sleep on it’s own, it can however be an important tool that helps you improve the quality of your sleep, by encouraging you to proactively manage your sleep habits.
What are the benefits of Deep sleep and REM sleep?
Deep is critical for long term brain health, REM is critical for creativity & storing long term memories. Studies have shown, if a person is consistently deficient in their recommended amount of Deep sleep per night, they have a greater chance of developing Alzheimer’s/dementia later in life.
Why is it important to track my HRV, Resting Heart Rate and Respiration?
A high HRV can indicate your body is ready to take on more physically, while a low HRV can indicate your body needs recovery. Monitoring this metric allows you to preemptively address issues before they arise. RHR is also an indicator of general fitness. An adult’s respiration rate is generally a stable metric and should not vary greatly from night to night. Read more about HRV.
Can I sync my sleep data with other health apps?
Yes, the sleepme app is compatible with both Apple Health and Health Connect for Android. Your sleep data can automatically sync into both health apps.
Is the tracker easy to maintain?
Yes. Since our Sleep Tracker doesn’t touch your skin and is non-wearable, cleaning needs are minimal. It is recommended to check the placement of the tracker on your bed when you change your sheets.
The sensor cover is removable and 100% machine washable on a gentle cycle. The sensor pad can be wiped down with a cloth and water. Refer to the user manual for more information. For more information, click here.
What is the tracker's warranty period?
Comes with a 30 day return guarantee and a 1 year limited warranty.
Does the tracker sensor emit any EMFs?
The tracker sensor is very low voltage and puts off very low EMFs. The “Hub” of the Sleep Tracker can be placed on a nightstand or next to the bed. Due to Wi-Fi connectivity, the Hub emits a small amount of EMF.
