Why the OOLER Bed Cooling System Was Discontinued
The OOLER, once a revolutionary sleep system, faced limitations as technology progressed. Its cooling capacity was limited by its industrial design, and it lacked modern features like Wi-Fi. Improvements in pad design required more water, which would have required significant changes to the control unit’s already limited space.
To overcome these issues, we introduced the Chilipad Dock Pro, a superior sleep system that addresses the limitations of the OOLER.

If I already have an OOLER, do I still need to clean it?

Is the OOLER control unit compatible with the Chilipad Pro Mattress topper?
No. The OOLER control unit is unable to handle the backflow pressure for the amount of water that is required for the Chilipad Pro mattress topper.
If I already have an OOLER Sleep System, is it still protected under the warranty?
Certainly, warranties for the OOLER Sleep Systems within the warranty period of one year will be honored.
What is the difference between OOLER and Chilipad?
