Can I change the temperature of my BedJet on the Control unit?
No, you cannot change the temperature of your BedJet on the control unit. For temperature adjustments, you'll have to use their large remote control or open their companion app.
Are there any differences between water and air?
Simple answer. Yes.
Water is known to be a better conductor of temperature than air. Cooling or warming by water is the more effective method and can significantly cool down or warm up the surface temperature of your mattress.
Water-based cooling systems, such as sleepme's Chilipad Cube and Chilipad Dock Pro, can offer more effective temperature control, effectively removing body heat more efficiently than air-based systems like the BedJet 3.
Chilipads also circulate consistent water temperature throughout the sleep zone from head to toe, whereas the Bedjet loses temperature control when the air exits the tube at the foot of the bed.
The Chilipad Dock Pro's cooling ability is not affected by the surrounding air temperature because it's water-based and powerful. As a result, it can lower the temperature of your bed to as low as 55º Fahrenheit and can be used as an air conditioner replacement in hot environments;. At the same time, the BedJet is recommended for use in environments where the ambient room temperature must be cooled to at least 79?F.
Does BedJet Work With Regular Bed Sheets?
Although the BedJet3 works with any bed sheets, it is advisable to purchase their Cloud Sheets. The prices for the sheets range from $100 to $160, depending on the size of the mattress.
